Plan Upgrades for 2021 can be done for effect 01 Jan 2021 or 01 July 2021.
Hospital Admissions: If your membership is less than a year old, and a hospital admission request is submitted to Discovery, further investigations will be carried out by Discovery, before any authorisations can be approved to eliminate any non-disclosures on your membership.
Keycare Income Verifications: Members choosing to downgrade their plan options to the Keycare plan series will be required to complete an Income Verification Process to determine their premiums on the plan type.

Main members must first log in to their Vitality Active Rewards profile in the Discovery app.
In the Kids and Teens section, they can activate the programme and create a profile for each child.
After creating a profile, the child can begin taking part in Vitality Active Rewards.
Children will be able to earn Discovery Miles by completing weekly challenges, getting physically active and doing their health checks.
Children can spend their Discovery Miles at exciting Vitality Active Rewards partners like Steam, Sony PlayStation, Typo, Exclusive Books, Kauai and more.
